Reservation Policy
• Reservations are made by phone, e-mail and through partner digital sharing platforms.
• Special prices and conditions apply to bookings made directly with us.
• Half of the total accommodation cost is defined as a deposit for a reservation.
• Necessary data to make the reservation are: name, mobile phone number and e-mail address of the guest.
• After confirmation of the reservation, the apartment concerned by the reservation appears unavailable online for three 24 hours.
• Only when you have made the deposit of the entire amount of the advance payment is the reservation final.
• The balance of the total amount is paid upon arrival.
• It is necessary to state the name of the depositor in order to be able to confirm the reservation.
• In the event that you have not been informed of the confirmation of your reservation within 24 hours, please contact us.
• 10% discount for bookings completed up to 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
• The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount of the deposit is returned in full. (reduced during bank deductions)
• If you leave earlier than the period agreed with the reservation, compensation is paid for the entire rent of all the remaining days, which corresponds to the agreed overnight price.
• When the non-refundable reservation with the relevant discount is selected, no compensation is given in case of cancellation.
Generally
• Arrival Time: after 14:00 by arrangement.
• Departure Time: until 12:00
• If you arrive earlier and your apartment is ready, you can check in.
• The day of arrival is counted in full towards the rent, regardless of the time of arrival.
• Upon agreement and if possible, there is a possibility for late check out without charge.
• Billing and payment of accommodation and services is done in euros.
• Hostel parking is offered free of charge to residents.
• It is possible to use a baby cot free of charge upon consultation.
• Pets are allowed only by arrangement.
